I have a great and easy recipe for Peanut Brittle and Brian wanted me to make some for his co-workers but I didn't want to have to make a HUGE amount of it to fill tins so I opted to make cello bags and fill them. I'm pleased with the way they turned out. I totally CASE'd the topper from a card sample my friend and downline, Amy, gave me - boy was I ever grateful because I sure didn't have time to sit and come up with something totally original.
